Parma could be set to make a shock play for Inter midfielder Yann M’Vila, who is currently on loan from Rubin Kazan.

The 24-year-old French international has struggled for game-time at the Nerazzurri this campaign, predominantly featuring in Europa League matches instead of league games.

Tuttomercatoweb report that with the impending arrival of Lassana Diarra from Lokomotiv Moscow, Inter boss Roberto Mancini knows he must sell one of his other midfielders to make room for the tough-tackling midfielder.

Inter are prepared to cut their losses with M’Vila and send him back to Rubin due to the high unlikelihood of making his transfer permanent for the 9 million clause that was inserted in his loan deal.

Parma are set to enquire about the services of M’Vila, but are likely to be rebuffed by the player who does not want to move to the bottom-of-the-table Ducali.
