Genoa’s Diego Perotti is happy with the way the team performed against Fiorentina but believes that all the decisions went against him and his team-mates.

Genoa earned a tough draw with the Viola on Saturday evening but Perotti thinks that it is a shame the result was shaped by refereeing decisions.

“The decisions are always against us,” he told Sky Sport Italia after the final whistle.

“Even today there was an offside goal and a red card that wasn’t.

“It is a shame because we played very well, we have to continue playing like this.”

The result has extended Genoa’s winless run to seven games and the Ligurian outfit now find themselves with 29 points from 21 games in Serie A and currently sit in seventh place, although they have played a game more than the teams below them in the table.
