Pogba: I must continue to play well for Juventus

Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba wants continue his current good form for the club and the fans.

La Vecchia Signora beat Chievo on Sunday afternoon with a goal from the Frenchman putting the Italian champions ahead, which meant Pogba has now scored the opening goal in the last four matches he has been involved in for Juventus.

“The work I do is not just for me but for the team, I have to continue like this,” the 21-year-old told Sky Sport Italia.

“For everyone at the club and all the fans.

“I am fortunate enough to have the chances to score.”

Pogba also said that Juventus did well to beat the Gialloblu.

“We played a great game against a very tough team.”

The three points picked up by Massimiliano Allegri’s men means that Juventus extend their lead over Roma at the top of the Serie A table to eight points.
