Serie A club Parma are at risk of losing numerous members of their first team squad this January over lack of salary.

The Gialloblu have failed to pay their player’s wages in seven months with their financial concerns still far from being resolved.

According to Tuttomercatoweb, the majority of Parma’s players are considering an exit from the club due to breach of contract.

Antonio Cassano agreed to rescind this deal with the Gialloblu earlier in the month after he hadn’t received his salary, and the agents of the current squad members are thought to be preparing escape routes for their clients.

Midfielder  told Gazzetta dello Sport that the rest of the squad want facts and not mere words, with the players, setting a deadline of February 16 for payment of salaries or the 29-year-old said the players will ‘look after themselves.’

Parma sit at the bottom of Serie A and have won just three games so far this campaign scoring 19 goals and conceding 43.
