Roma coach Rudi Garcia is reportedly worried about midfielder Kevin Strootman’s condition.
The Dutch international has only been fit for three months following a lengthy knee injury sustained in March 2014, but picked up a knock in his side’s 1-1 draw against Fiorentina, which forced him to be taken off early.
According to Tuttosport, Strootman has already flown to Amsterdam to undergo knee examinations, but the results are yet to come out, which is causing Garcia to worry.
Roma are also missing the services of midfielders Daniele De Rossi due to injury and Seydou Keita due to participating in the African Cup of Nations.
