English Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur, have reportedly offered Spanish forward Roberto Soldado to Italian side Roma in an attempt to offload the struggling player.
The Giallorossi are expecting to lose striker Mattia Destro at some point in January and many of Europe’s clubs are aware that they will be looking to replace the ex-Siena player, should he leave the Stadio Olimpico.
According to newspaper Leggo, Rudi Garcia does not want to be left short of options should Destro depart and Spurs have made contact in order to gauge the interest in their man who appears to be no longer in favour at White Hart Lane.
The ex-Valencia attacker has only netted once this season from 14 outings and has been overshadowed by the emergence of young forward Harry Kane, who has scored eight times in the league so far.
