The draw for the last 16 of the Europa League has taken place in Switzerland today, with a mouth-watering all Italian tie between Fiorentina and Roma the pick of the bunch.
All of Serie A’s five representatives from last night’s Round of 32 progressed, with Napoli, Torino and Inter joining the Viola and Giallorossi into the hat.
Fiorentina will face Roma for the first time ever in European competition and Vincenzo Montella will be excited to face his former side, where he was both a player and a coach.
Torino, who stunned Spain with an impressive 3-2 away win in Bilbao, have been rewarded with a match against Zenit St. Petersburg, the first leg of that tie to be played in Russia.
The full draw for Serie A sides is as follows:
Zenit St. Petersburg v Torino
Vfl Wolfsburg v Inter
Napoli v Dinamo Moscow
Fiorentina v Roma
