Inter have stepped in to lay on transport for a Parma youth team after the club was unable to finance arrangements for travel.

The Crociati are engulfed in a financial crisis which has so far already seen a point deducted, a match postponed and a playing staff exodus, with no improvement in the situation noted thus far.

After the Parma under 15 squad’s trip to the Nike Tournament was thrown into doubt, the Nerazzurri intervened to provide a coach which took the players to their destination, according to CalcioNews24.

Not a single staff member on the Parma payroll has received evenĀ a euro of payment so far this season, with the club setting and then failing to meet payment targets.

Parma are rooted to the foot of the Serie A table, sitting 13 points adrift with further point deductions expected.
