Yaya Toure - Manchester CityInter recognize that a possible move for Manchester City star Yaya Toure depends on whether they achieve qualification for next season’s Champions League.

The 31-year-old Ivorian international has been linked with the Nerazzurri in recent weeks, and is said to be open to a change of scenery at the end of the season.

As reported by FcInterNews.it, Toure rejected an offer of a contract extension at the Citizens last week, increasing hopes that he looks set to leave the club.

But with Toure one of the highest earning players in the Premier League at a whopping 270,000 per week, Inter know it is imperative that they qualify for the Champions League to be able to afford his wages.

Inter are currently 10 points adrift of Napoli in third place, but can still qualify for the Champions League if they win the Europa League.
