Celtic midfielder Stefan Johansen expects a tough test when the Scottish champions face Inter at Celtic Park in the UEFA Europa League Round of 32 tie on Thursday evening.
Johansen scored as Celtic prepared for the trip to Milan with a 2-1 victory over St. Johnstone in the Scottish Premier League on Saturday afternoon.
“We can perform really well if we work as a team, and work hard for the entire 90 minutes,” he told FC Inter News. “Inter are a great side but we have to take the field confident of winning; it will be a great game.”
Celtic lead Aberdeen by three points in the current Scottish Premier League standings, with the added cushion of playing a game less than their closest domestic rivals.
The Bhoys emerged from Group D along with group winners FC Salzburg, with Dinamo Zagreb and FC Astra completing the table.
