Juventus are facing a battle to keep hold of Alvaro Morata with Arsenal said to be interested.

The Spanish striker has had a good start to his career with the Turin giants scoring, after joining from Real Madrid for €20 million in the summer, scoring six goals in 19 appearances.

With Morata having scored some important goals this season, most notably in the Champions League, The Mirror is reporting that Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger will spend a considerable amount of his transfer budget on trying to sign the 22-year-old.

It’s believed that Morata is a huge admirer of Arsenal and would be interested in a move should The Gunners pursue their interest.

Morata’s former club Real Madrid were also rumoured to be interested in taking the Spanish international back to the capital something which led to Real coach Carlo Ancelotti denied this week.

Arsenal tried to sign him last summer and he still chose Juventus. I don’t see why he would change his mind and want to join them this summer instead. So this report is clearly just bull.
