Juventus will reportedly meet with the agent of young Sporting Kansas City talent Erik Palmer-Brown in the coming days to discuss his possible arrival at the Italian side.

The 17-year-old has been linked with a probable move to the Bianconeri for several months now and it seems like he may be one step closer to signing with the reigning Serie A champions depending on the outcome of his agent’s visit to the club.

According to SportItalia, Palmer-Brown’s agent Mike Gartlan is currently in Italy to negotiate a deal with Juventus, with the Old Lady expected to shell out a fee of at least €900,000 for the youngster’s services before the start of the upcoming Major League Soccer season.

The defender  is a product of the Sporting Kansas City youth academy and made his professional MLS debut for the club in May 2014.

Palmer-Brown has also played a key role in the United States youth international teams in recent years, appearing for the Under-17, Under-18 and Under-20 teams as of late.
