The cashed-up Citizens are ready to splash €35 million in the summer to reunite Ljajic with his ex-Fiorentina teammate Stevan Jovetic.
The fee would represent a huge profit for the Giallorossi, who purchased Ljajic from the Viola for €12 million in 2013.
Ljajic has netted nine goals in 27 appearances this season in all competitions for Roma.
