Napoli captain Marek Hamsik has revealed that he is looking forward to facing Slovakia international teammate Tomas Hubocan after being drawn against Dinamo Moscow in the Europa League Round of 16.
The Partenopei host the Russian Premier League side at the Stadio San Paolo on March 12, with the return leg at the Arena Khimki on March 19.
“At this stage it is difficult to choose an opponent,” the 27-year-old said on his official website.
“All sixteen teams are among the best in their respective countries.
“As soon as I learned we had drawn Dinamo Moscow I immediately thought about my national teammate Tomas Hubocan. I am looking forward to facing him.
“Dinamo has a strong squad with great players.
“We will try to do well in the first leg and then in Moscow.
“Our goal is to go as far as possible in the Europa League.”
