American outfit New York Cosmos are ready to make a concrete offer for Udinese veteran Antonio Di Natale.
The 37-year-old Italian international confirmed at the start of the month that he is set to leave Udinese at the end of the season, after 11 memorable seasons.
‘Toto’, as he is affectionately known, is regarded as a legend at the club and may hang up his boots altogether if he doesn’t receive an attractive enough offer to keep playing.
Sport Italia report that the North American Soccer League (NASL) outfit are hoping to convince the evergreen striker to prolong his career in the United States.
The Cosmos are preparing an offer worth €10 million plus bonuses over two seasons to try and tempt the striker over in the summer.
If Di Natale does join, he will have the chance to partner up with Real Madrid and Spanish legend Raul, who currently calls the Cosmos home.
