Samuel Eto’o has reportedly received a massive offer to move to China with Shanghai Shenhua.

The Cameroonian stormed out of the Blucerchiati’s training ground on Monday following a row with coach Sinisa Mihajlovic, and refused to take part in Samp’s afternoon training session. As a result, there were reports Eto’o would tear up his contract with the club.

Now, according to Mediaset Premium, Eto’o has been offered a two-year contract by the Chinese Super League side, worth €8 million a season, and it is also thought New York Cosmos are considering a bid.

Sampdoria president Massimo Ferrero has worked to heal the rift between player and coach, with Eto’o expected to be at training as normal on Tuesday.

Eto’o only arrived at the Stadio Ferarris from Everton last week, and signed a two-and-a-half-year deal.
