AC Milan are already making plans for a potential coaching change, issuing an ultimatum to Filippo Inzaghi to improve the Rossoneri’s form in the coming weeks.

AC Milan are eighth in Serie A and with only two wins in their last five league matches, against relegation-threatened Cesena and Cagliari.

AC Milan would have given Inzaghi the chance to improve the Rossoneri’s results over the remaining 10 weeks and save his job, at least until 2016 according to Sportmediaset.

The media add that — in the eventuality of a positive turn in fortunes — Inzaghi would however just be keeping the seat warm for Italy coach Antonio Conte, who AC Milan believe could be available after EURO 2016.

Should Inzaghi fail to improve the situation, Sportmediaset report that the AC Milan hierarchy would have their eye on Sampdoria coach Sinisa Mihajlovic.
