AC Milan midfielder linked to Los Angeles FC

Kevin Prince Boateng and AC Milan midfielder Sulley Muntari are reportedly drawing attention from the aspiring MLS side Los Angeles FC.

Los Angeles FC are a possible 2017 MLS expansion team co-owned by some high-profile athletes. The club would replace former MLS side Chivas USA which folded in 2014 after a ten-year run.

According to Sky Sport Italia, Kevin Prince Boateng and Sulley Muntari are said to be of interest to the Californian club.

The new owners are known to be wanting to model their project after crosstown rival LA Galaxy, adding Boateng and Muntari is said to be high on their list.

Los Angeles Football Club have been rumored to already be in talks with the two footballers, with more information likely coming forward in the next couple weeks.

Both Boateng and Muntari have less than two years remaining on their current deals with Schalke and AC Milan respectively. It is noted that Muntari is all but set to leave AC Milan in the summer and he is currently weighing up other offers from sides in Italy.
