ac milan badgeAC Milan are reportedly drawing up a shortlist of coaches who could be brought in to replace Filippo Inzaghi.

Barbara Berlusconi is thought to be keen to convince her father Silvio to revolutionise the club and vice president Adriano Galliani’s job could also be at risk following disappointing forays into the transfer market.

According to Leggo, the Rossoneri director Barbara Berlusconi is working to convince her father and club president Silvio Berlusconi that drastic action is needed at the club to get things moving in the right direction.

Both Inzaghi’s position as coach and Galliani’s as vice president are reportedly under consideration should a revolutionary plan of action be undertaken at San Siro, with Berlusconi believing that the experiment to appoint home-grown coaches in Clarence Seedorf and Filippo Inzaghi was a failure.

Silvio Berlusconi reportedly wants a coach who can bring attractive football to Milan with Borussia Dortmund’s Jurgen Klopp, Fiorentina’s Vincenzo Montella and the unattached Luciano Spaletti all named as possible candidates as coaches who play attacking football and plan things in meticulous detail.

However, it is expected that the Milan management will struggle to bring in a big name coach until they are able to provide assurances about the club’s financial state.

The idea of revolutionising the club from top to bottom also appears to contradict the rhetoric of reviving the Rossoneri with young Italian players that has come out of the club in recent months.
