AC Milan are considering making a surprise swoop for former Inter striker Pablo Osvaldo for next summer’s transfer window.
Osvaldo is currently on loan in Argentina with Boca Juniors following a reported spat with teammate Mauro Icardi, which the striker insists did not precipitate his departure from the Nerazzurri.
AC Milan, who look unlikely to make the loan of Roma’s Mattia Destro permanent, would be looking at repatriating Osvaldo to Italy instead according to SportItalia.
The Rossoneri were already interested in taking Osvaldo in the winter transfer window before he left for Boca Juniors, and seem better poised in the summer to acquire his services at the end of his loan in June.
