Hugo Campagnaro InterInter defender Hugo Campagnaro has revealed that the Biscione will be focused on winning their upcoming away match with Napoli but understands that his team must show respected to their talented opponents.

The Nerazzurri will be heading to the San Paolo on Sunday to face an impressive Partenopei side and the 34-year-old admits that the hosts can present several problems for the San Siro outfit, especially with players like Gonzalo Higuain in attack.

Campagnaro spoke to Inter Channel about the approaching clash with Napoli and commented on Inter’s mission to redeem their last defeat against Fiorentina on March 1.

“Our game with Napoli will be important,” said the Argentine. “Our result against Fiorentina was unfortunate, but we were not able to play the same way we had been in previous matches.

“Now we will try to play a great game against Napoli. There are many reasons why we must succeed against them, so we will try to play our best and have an impressive game.

“Will they be tired from their Coppa Italia match? We may possibly have more energy than them, but we know their quality.

“We will go to Naples with the proper respect for our talented opponents and try to win.

“Higuain? I know him, I know what he can give. He can provide a lot for Napoli. He’s an important player, but we have the defenders to stop him.”
