Chelsea are apparently lining up a €40 million offer for Lazio star Felipe Anderson in the summer.
The 21-year-old has caught the eye of many Premier League clubs of late, with Manchester United and Manchester City, as well as the Blues, sending scouts to watch the player in action recently.
Now, according to Sport Mediaset, Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho is a massive fan of the Brazilian and is ready to test Lazio’s resolve with a €40m bid, despite the player recently signing a contract extension until 2020.
Felipe Anderson has bagged nine goals in 22 Serie A matches this season, also adding six assists.
