Thereau - Udinese v EmpoliUdinese captain Antonio Di Natale wants his team to work harder after slumping to 1-0 loss to relegation-threatened Cesena on Sunday.

The Friuli have endured a miserable 2015, only winning one game this year against Empoli, but Di Natale insists his club can turn it around with hard work.

“I express my regret to the fans for how the match went. Now we must keep quiet, work and find some results,” Di Natale told the Udinese Channel.

“It was a strange game with the synthetic grass, but the result was the right one. We need a win, for a long time we haven’t got one and it’s starting to weigh on us.

“We can only come out of this with hard work and not allow fear to take over us. We thank the fans for having pushed us until the end. We are perhaps in the worst moment of our season.”
