Everton are reportedly ready to make an offer for Inter midfielder Mateo Kovacic
The 20-year-old has found himself in and out of the Nerazzurri starting line-up this season, partly due to the upsurge in form from Fredy Guarin and the arrival of Xherdan Shaqiri, and this has led to speculation as to the Croatian’s future.
According to Sportske Novosti, Everton are waiting in the wings with a €20 million offer for Kovacic, as they look to tempt the resolve of Inter to hang on to one of their most talented players.
However, one issue would be the fact that Kovacic recently extended his deal with Inter to 2019, though should he continue to sit on the bench he may well find his future lies elsewhere.
Kovacic has made 20 Serie A starts for Inter this season, bagging five goals.
