Inter goalkeeper Samir Handanovic will remain at the club.

The Nerazzurri shot-stopper’s agent has cleared all rumours that there’s tension between him and the club, by tweeting that his client wants to remain in Milan and continue playing under Roberto Mancini.

“I have news without any doubts,” the Slovenian’s agent, Federico Pastorello, tweeted.

“Samir is happy and proud to be at Inter,” he added.

The 30-year-old joined Inter from Udinese in the summer of 2012 for €11 million, and has appeared 96 times for the club since then.

Handanovic has been a key player in Inter’s squad since joining them, and was named in the Oscar del Calcio Serie A Team of the Year in the 2012-13 Serie A season and was named in the same team two seasons before while playing for the Zebrette.
