Torino fullback Matteo Darmian is being strongly linked with a move to Inter during the Summer transfer window.

Both the Nerazzurri and Torino have made mutually beneficial transfers between themselves over the years, with Danilo D’Ambrosio moving to Inter and Marco Benassi going the other way very recently.

Despite Inter showing strong interest in Darmian, La Gazzetta dello Sport understands that the the San Siro club could face a heavy battle with German champions Bayern Munich for the fullback’s signature.

It is reported that Inter could sell the remaining rights of Benassi and permanently offer 18-year Gaston Camera to Torino in the deal to sign Darmian.

Darmian joined Torino from Palermo in 2011 and has scored two goals in 124 Serie A appearances for the Granata.
