Roma winger Juan Iturbe is adamant that his side’s fortunes will change, as they find themselves nine points behind Serie A leaders Juventus.

The Giallorossi came back from behind to draw 1-1 with Juve on Monday night at the Stadio Olimpico, and the former Hellas Verona man thinks that the side played well.

“I think we played well,” he told Sky Sport. “In the first half we weren’t able to score, but in the second we found a goal.

“The team isn’t going through a good period, but in the future things will change because there are players who can make a difference.”

Iturbe has scored three goals and made three assists in 22 appearances for the capital club since his €22 million move from Hellas Verona in the summer.
