Lazio star Stefan De Vrij says he is happy to stay at the club, despite interest from English giants Manchester United.
The Aquile actually beat the Red Devils to the 23-year-old Dutch international’s signature in the summer, and he has been superb in his club’s hunt for a Champions League place for next season.
“I do not know anything about Manchester United’s interest in me, but I’m used to the media linking me with other teams,” De Vrij told Fox Sports.
“Meanwhile, I’m very happy at Lazio, everything’s going well and I’m just focusing on this.
“[On the Serie A] I’m becoming more active, I won’t be left surprised. Here you learn very soon, I’m starting to recognize the situations of the game.”
