Liverpool are ready to put Italian international’s Mario Balotelli and Fabio Borini on the transfer-list in the summer.
Borini has struggled to earn a first-team spot with the Reds for the majority of the campaign, whilst Balotelli has been a huge disappointment since his move from AC Milan in the summer.
The duo have combined for a paltry total of two Premier League goals this season, and Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers is intent on shaking up his forward-line for next season.
The Metro report that with Divock Origi returning from Lille in the summer, and a potential move for on-loan Manchester United striker Radamel Falcao in the offing, big changes will be made at Anfield.
Rodgers is prepared to put both Balotelli and Borini, along with veteran Rickie Lambert, on the market to fund the signing of a new striker to aid Daniel Sturridge.
