Roma could be set for wholesale changes in the summer should they not qualify for the Champions League, with Walter Mazzarri and Marco Branca replacing Rudi Garcia and Walter Sabatini.

The Giallorossi have been in free fall during the second half of the season, winning just five matches from 18 since the turn of the year.

As a result, Garcia’s position as Roma coach has come under increasing scrutiny, as has sporting director Sabatini, and now, according to Tuttomarcatoweb.com, Roma have contacted former Inter director Branca about taking a similar role with the Giallorossi in the summer.

In addition, should Garcia not make the Champions League then he will likely be replaced by Walter Mazzarri, who has also has informal discussions with Roma, and requested that Branca take over from Sabatini, should be be appointed coach.

Also, in contention to take over from Garcia are Marseille coach Marcelo Bielsa, and Sassuolo boss Eusebio Di Francesco.
