Parma have been given the all-clear to host Atalanta this Sunday, making a return to match action after a two week absence.

The crisis club had seen their last two fixtures cancelled due to being unable to fulfil their match requirements, but have managed to rescue a part of the situation before a third match was postponed.

“Parma FC communicates that the Group Operational Security met this morning at the police headquarters in Parma, and has given a favourable opinion of hosting Parma-Atalanta,” an official club statement read.

“Parma FC have guaranteed, independently, all the services required by law.”

The Crociati had previously been unable to even afford stewards for the stadium, in addition to basic utilities such as hot water or electricity.

“Parma FC thanks all who have worked together at the club for this result,” the statement concluded.
