Destro - Fiorentina v AC MilanAC Milan striker Mattia Destro is unlikely to have a long term future at the club as city rivals Inter become a possible destination for the misfiring forward.

The player is currently on loan at the San Siro from Roma but his January move has not been a success, as coach Filippo Inzaghi appears to favour other options in attack to partner top scorer Jeremy Menez.

According to the Corriere Dello Sport, Destro will be expected to return to the Giallorossi at the end of the season, but with Victor Ibarbo and Seydou Keita joining the ranks at the Stadio Olimpico, Destro may find himself back on the transfer list in Rome.

The report suggests that Inter might be a suitable club for the forward especially as Argentine Mauro Icardi has yet to sign a new deal with the Nerazzurri, which may force Inter boss Roberto Mancini into cashing in on the striker sooner rather than later.

Destro has only hit the net twice since his move to Milan.
