The drama that seems to follow Liverpool striker Mario Balotelli continues to grow as reports in England suggest he missed his side’s recent game with Arsenal after dancing the night away till the early hours at a disco.
The former AC Milan striker had ruled himself out of the match with the Gunners due to an injury but that story is now in doubt after the Italy international was spotted out and about the night before the tie.
According to The Sun, Super Mario stayed out till early morning with his close friends at a nightclub with no hint of physical injury, perhaps other than a case of being overly tired and in no state to play an English Premier League match.
The story goes on to say that there has yet to be any comment over the allegation from either the club or player, as the Balotelli soap-opera remains tabloid fodder for the foreseeable future.
