Di Natale - Udinese v ChievoBruno Carpeggiani, agent of Udinese striker Antonio Di Natale, has revealed that his client will leave Udinese at the end of the season, with many clubs interested in the veteran forward.

The 37-year-old former Italian international has scored an incredible tally of 204 goals for Empoli and the Bianconeri in Serie A, enjoying his most prolific seasons after the age of thirty, but now looks set to leave the club after an 11-year spell.

“It’s very difficult to see Toto Di Natale renew his contract Udinese and stay for next season,” Carpeggiani told to Gazzetta TV.

“In Udinese a cycle ended. The decision is not of economic nature. Now Di Natale is focused on overcoming Roberto Baggio in the Serie A all-time goalscoring table.

“The future? Many clubs are interested in my client. An experience in the MLS with New York? They are not the only ones interested in him.

“If a return to Empoli comes into consideration? He has a great relationship with the club president. In the market anything can happen and I do not exclude anything. We’ll see in the summer.”
