Former Inter forward Ivan Zamorano believes that the 162nd Derby della Madonnina between Inter and AC Milan in Serie A this Sunday will be an open match.

Neither side has managed to score more than a single goal in the last five Serie A meetings, but the Chilean striker backed this to change when speaking alongside former AC Milan playmaker Manuel Rui Costa in a face-to-face interview.

“Both teams are not currently going through a good moment and this season has been very unique,” Zamorano told FCInterNews.it.

“I believe, therefore, that it will be a very open derby, where any result is possible.

“It will be a difficult game for both Inter and AC Milan, because the three points at stake are not just any points: they could reduce the deficit in the league, as well as bring joy to the fans who deserve it.

“In any case I hope that Inter will be the winning team and that the boys can play a great match in order to joy to Interisti.

“I can not conclude without saying Forza Inter!”
