Glik - Torino v AtalantaTorino captain Kamil Glik has sent the transfer rumour mill into a spin as reports are suggesting that the Poland international is being scouted by clubs around Europe.

The big centre-back has been in fantastic form all season for his side and is not only the leader of the team but one of its top scorers, having notched seven times already during this campaign.

However, his performances have not gone unnoticed and according to Tuttosport,  both Tottenham Hotspur and German side Wolfsburg had observers in the crowd yesterday, as Torino beat city rivals Juventus 2-1 in the Turin derby.

Glik has been with Il Toro since 2011 and has amassed over 100 league appearances for the team. He is idolised by the Granata fans and left the stadium yesterday to a chorus of ‘Don’t leave us’, as supporters showed their appreciation for his displays in a Torino shirt.
