Inter coach Roberto Mancini has called Palermo striker Paulo Dybala in a bid to convince him to join up with the Nerazzurri this summer.

Argentine starlet Dybala is reportedly being courted by clubs across Europe and Mancini is a known admirer having been spotted in the crowd at the Stadio Ennio Tardini on Sunday when Palermo fell 1-0 to Parma in Serie A.

According to Sky Sport Italia, the Inter boss has telephoned the 21-year-old to explain his plans for the future of the club and how Dybala himself fits in, with speculation suggesting Mancini’s idea is to pair him with fellow countryman Mauro Icardi up-front.

The 21-year-old is also understood to be intrigued by the possibility of moving to the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza, but any potential deal depends upon Rosanero president Maurizio Zamparini compromising on his current demands of well over €40 million for the 13-goal former Instituto forward.
