Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri has taken the positives out of the 2-1 defeat to Torino as the Bianconeri edged closer to the Serie A title.

With Lazio and Roma failing to capitalise on the Old Lady’s second away defeat in a row, Juve now need just four points to guarantee a fourth Scudetto in a row and Allegri’s first as coach of the Turin club.

Speaking to Sky Sport Italia, the Italian said: “On the one hand we are sad because we do not like winning, however we have not lost a point, we have earned two because we are now four points away from the league.”

“These games show that we are still growing and the players that are in their first season with us need to learn to play every game to win.”

Allegri and Juventus have a busy week before taking on Real Madrid in the Champions League semi-final on May 5, hosting Fiorentina on Wednesday before a tough trip to Sampdoria – who are unbeaten at home in 2014/15.

“We have to do these blessed four points before the Champions League, although they will be difficult games.

“It will be a fascinating challenge to face the European champions, we must have no fear but great respect.”
