Sassuolo forward Simone Zaza is on the verge of a move to Italian champions Juventus.

Zaza become a Sassuolo player last summer when they paid €7.5 million for Juventus’ 50% stake of the player, but he is now reportedly set to make a return to Turin.

According to Tuttosport, however, Juventus will pay the pre-arranged repurchase fee, bringing back Zaza for a fee of €15 million in the summer.

Juve are also reported to be in negotiations to buy Edinson Cavani from PSG.

The Uruguayan striker has had a mixed time in Paris and is said to be open to a return to Serie A after previously playing for both Palermo and Napoli.

In order to make room for Zaza and Cavani, three current Juventus strikers could leave Turin in the summer.

Kingsley Coman is expected to be loaned out in order for the Frenchman to gain first team experience, while it is unlikely that Alessandro Matri’s loan from AC Milan will be extended beyond the end of the season.

Fernando Llorente is also rumoured to be on his way out of Juventus, with the Italian champions ready to listen to potential offers from Valencia and Sevilla in Spain plus Premier League sides Liverpool and Tottenham Hotspur.
