Lazio are set to make a move for on-loan Kaiserslautern midfielder Kerem Demirbay at the end of the season.
The 21-year-old Turkish youth international is currently on loan from Hamburg, and has been starring for the 2. Bundesliga outfit this season, impressing a number of bigger clubs.
Tuttomercatoweb report that Hamburg realize that the youngster is a wanted man, and may be forced to sell Demirbay to relieve some of the financial problems they are currently enduring at the club.
The talented youngster has also been attracted the interest of a number of Bundesliga sides, so Lazio will have to likely have heavy competition for the player’s signature.
Demirbay has made 17 appearances for Kaiserslautern this season.
