Lazio midfielder Danilo Cataldi has been involved in a car accident but luckily emerged unhurt.
The incident involving the 20-year-old occurred on Monday morning, but thankfully he escaped without injury following a training session with the Biancocelesti.
The youngster was driving away from the club’s Formello training ground in a black Fiat 500 and was involved in an accident with an Opel Corsa and a Passat whilst travelling down Via di Santa Cornelia.
The Italian, along with the other drivers involved, suffered no injuries, but the player’s car was significantly damaged.
Cataldi has made 10 appearances in Serie A this season as well as producing two assists, as well as making three starts in the Coppa Italia, for which Stefano Pioli’s side were training.
They face Napoli in the second leg of their semi final on Wednesday night.
