Emiliano Moretti has said that Torino pushed Roma all the way after their 1-1 draw against the Giallorossi in the Stadio Olimpico di Torino on Sunday afternoon.
Roma’s goal came from the penalty spot after Moretti was booked for tripping Daniele De Rossi in the area, but the Torino defender was clearly angry with the decision and accused De Rossi of diving.
“We will review it many times and see that my anger at the time was normal,” he told Rai Sport after the match.
“I think it’s important to speak of the match and nothing else.
“We reacted very well after going behind, in the last part of the game the space increased and we stretched the play, but in the end we’ve done well to get a point against a team as big as Roma.”
