Cagliari v NapoliSerie A side Napoli are still refusing to talk to the media as they try to salvage their season after some less than impressive results forced owner Aurelio De Laurentiis into drastic measures.

The Partenopei went into a self-imposed training camp after dropping out of the race for a Champions League spot earlier in the month, but have since turned the situation around, defeating Fiorentina, Wolfsburg and now Cagliari in their last three matches.

The Azzurri are now back up to fourth in the league standings, just five points behind Roma who currently occupy the final Champions League place. However, as reported by Sky Sport Italia, despite an upturn in their performances the club is still refusing to allow any of it’s representatives to discuss football matters with members of the press.

Napoli comfortably beat the Sardinia side at the weekend 3-0, with strikes from Jose Callejon, Manolo Gabbiadini and an Antonio Balzano own-goal.
