Former captain of Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk Andriy Rusol has spoken with optimism after the club have been drawn against Napoli in the semi finals of the Europa League.
The 32-year-old has spoken on behalf of his former club following the Europa League draw in Nyon and the ambassador has declared his side’s pride of having come so far in the competition.
“It is an honour to have arrived at this stage of the tournament along with all of these great clubs,” said Rusol when speaking to journalists after the draw.
“We will try do out best in the next round and hopefully we can come out on top.”
The first leg between the two sides will be played at the Stadio San Paolo on May 7 with the return match coming a week later on May 14.
