Fiorentina striker Khouma Babacar is on the radar of Bundesliga clubs Borussia Dortmund and Eintracht Frankfurt, with both sides set to do battle over the  summer for the signature for the Senegal forward.

The 21-year-old is the Viola’s top scorer in Serie A this season with seven goals after getting a run in the side due to the injuries to first choice forwards Mario Gomez and Giuseppe Rossi but his own season ended in mid-April after picking up a knee injury against Hellas Verona.

According to Firenzeviola.it, the former Modena striker is set to reject an offer to extend his contract with the Viola, which expires in 2016, and has reportedly confided to friends that he favors a move to Germany with Die Borussen and Die Adler front-runners to capture the 2013/14 Serie B top scorer.

It’s also reported Inter coach Roberto Mancini is also a fan of the forward and could be tempted to make a move and try to keep the young striker in Italy.

So far this season Babacar has made 20 appearances in Serie A, scoring seven times.
