After yet another abysmal Serie A campaign, AC Milan full-back Mattia De Sciglio is determined to fight back to glory with the Rossoneri next season.

The defender has also endured an indifferent season with the club, making just 16 league appearances after a series of injury troubles, but the 22-year-old feels that there is only one way to go from here.

“For us and Inter I think this season was unfortunately a disappointment,”he said in an interview with Fcinternews.it.

“We will have the motivation for revenge next year.”

The Italian made further mentions of Serie A, and Coppa Italia champions Juventus, who have proved to be an excellent example for Italian clubs this season.

“Juventus have been at the top of the Italian league for years now,” said De Sciglio.

“With these wins the team is gaining even more money than the other teams that will allow them to buy other important players.”
