AC Milan are set to release both Mattia Destro and Giampaolo Pazzini at the end of the Serie A season.

The former has failed to impress since his loan move from Roma, while Pazzini has been very much out of favour in recent seasons at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza side.

According to Sky Sport 24, the Rossoneri will not be looking to keep Destro at the club on a permanent basis, nor are they willing to renew the expiring contract of the 30-year-old experienced striker.

Pazzini joined the club in 2012 as part of a deal which saw Antonio Cassano move from the red to blue side of Milan, but has failed to secure himself a starting place in the team for a prolonged period of time.

Destro, on the other hand was a January transfer market recruit from Roma, but he has managed just three goals in his 15 Serie A games to date.
