mattia perinGenoa president Enrico Preziosi has said he is open to an offer for goalkeeper Mattia Perin.

The Grifone youngster is highly thought of to be one of the best Italian goalkeepers in the future and successor to current Italy captain Gianluigi Buffon, and the 22-year-old has also been linked with a move to Inter to replace Samir Handanovic, but Preziosi has said there hasn’t an inquiry from the Nerazzurri yet.

“These talks are premature, I haven’t received an offer yet,” Preziosi told fcinternews.it

He did say, however, that he would look at an offer should it arrive.

“The only thing I can say is that the offer would certainly be considered if it came.”

Perin has appeared 67 times in total for Genoa in Serie A, as well as making an appearance in the national team in a friendly against Albania in November 2014.
