Inter are set to make a summer move for Chievo full-back Ervin Zukanovic with the defender set to be part of a major upheaval of the Nerazzurri squad during the close season.
The Bosnian has spent this season on-loan at the Stadio Bentegodi from Belgium side Gent and could add versatility to the Stadio Meazza side as he can also fill in at centre-back when called upon.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, a meeting took place on Friday afternoon between the clubs to discuss a deal for the 28-year-old, which could include cash plus Ezequiel Schelotto staying at the Flying Donkeys permanently after spending this season on-loan in Verona from the Nerazzurri.
Zukanovic has enjoyed a fine season at the Bentegodi making 27 appearances and finding the net on two occasions.
