Morata - Palermo v JuventusFresh from knocking former club Real Madrid out of the Champions League last night, match winner Alvaro Morata’s contract is top of the Juventus to-do list as the Spaniard has a buy-back clause which could see the striker make a dramatic return to Los Blancos.

The 22-year-old joined the Bianconeri at the start of this season after having failed to convince Madrid officials he was good enough to become a regular starter at the Santiago Bernabeu.

La Gazzetta Dello Sport is reporting today that Juve director Beppa Marotta is desperate to amend the contract which contains the stipulation that the Spanish giants have the right to buy the player back at any stage during the agreed five-year deal.

It does seem unlikely however, that Morata would entertain the idea of a return to La Liga after having been booed off the field when substituted last night by the Real Madrid supporters despite not celebrating his winning strike.
